Cancellation Policy               



At Lady Charm, managed by Wefox Technologies Private Limited, we aim to ensure a convenient and hassle-free shopping journey. In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” represent Wefox Technologies Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our customers. We understand that plans may change, and this document explains how order cancellations work.  

Cancellation Prior to Dispatch    
Orders may be cancelled under the following circumstances:  

  • The request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped, whichever occurs earlier.  
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted to our customer support team via email.  
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment mode within 5–7 business days.  

When Orders Have Been Shipped  

  • Cancellation is not allowed once the order has been dispatched.  
  • However, you may return the product after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.  

Changes to an Order  

  • Modifying ordered items or updating the delivery address is not possible after the order has been placed.  
  • To make changes, you must cancel the eligible order and place a new one.
